At BC Plant Health Care, arboriculture is our passion. From the outset, our mission has been to educate the public on the benefits of trees, offering healthier, smarter tree care practices that increase the life of trees and preserve the urban canopy.
At every stage of our growth, our emphasis has been on continual education—on both teaching and learning. We are lifelong learners, passionate educators, and environmental stewards who truly care about making a positive impact. The BC Plant Health Care legacy is teaching the importance of trees—Keeping it Green, One Tree at a Time.™

When you become part of our team, you become part of the BCPHC family. We help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to build confidence, succeed, and contribute to a sustainable future.
We are a company that you can sink your roots into, and strive to provide our employees with an unparalleled work environment in which to grow.
With BCPHC, you don’t just have a job—you have the opportunity to create a lifelong career. Are you ready to start your new journey?

Our core values are safety, quality, and efficiency. We are committed to continuous growth and have a team built on solid values, continued education, and monitored safety practices. We treat one another with respect, communicate openly, and share common goals. We also host regular team building activities so that we can all have a lot of fun and experience adventures outside of work.

Arboriculture is continually evolving, and so are we. As part of our commitment to lifelong learning and raising industry standards, we provide in-house educational training for our employees, including Chainsaw Operations, Aerial Lift Truck Operations, ISA Certification Prep, and Basic Pruning Skills, among others.
Our purpose-built training facility is an inspiring place to learn. Incorporating “green” design principles, it uniquely houses a climbing tree,
spar-pole log, six rope access stations, rock climbing wall, and a full range of industry tools, offering exceptional learning opportunities.

We do our part to contribute to a sustainable world in all aspects of our business practices. From driving small, fuel efficient, hybrid and electric vehicles, to using environmentally-friendly oil in our power tools, to becoming the first arboriculture company in BC to own a Hybrid Aerial Lift Truck, we make a difference where it matters. Our new head office building meets LEED Certified Standards, and has a live Green Roof and rainwater catchment system. We also volunteer to plant trees and support public educational opportunities any chance we get.
