At BC Plant Health Care, arboriculture is our passion. From the outset, our focus has been on providing conscientious tree care to clients and the environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety and excellence.
Cliff and Melissa Hoegler founded BC Plant Health Care as a determined couple with visionary goals and aspirations. They knew that with hard work, dedication, and a strong vision, they could change the tree care industry standards—and continue to do so today.
At every stage of our growth, our emphasis has been on continual education—on both teaching and learning. We are a dedicated team of lifelong learners, passionate educators, and environmental stewards who truly care about making a positive impact throughout our communities. The BC Plant Health Care legacy emphasizes the importance of retaining trees and establishes a shared team mentality built on three core values: Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.

Our motto is safety first. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety, continually monitoring and improving safe work practices. We proactively identify safety risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate them. We provide resources and training to keep our Arborists, the public, and private property safe, ensuring good customer care. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a culture of safety—both within the BCPHC team and the arboriculture industry at large.

From developing clear and up-to-date policies and procedures, providing ongoing staff training, and employing best practices to implementing green energy practices and reducing company greenhouse gas emissions, efficiency is an integral part of our success.
